Kerry Norton is the owner and inspector of HMO Home Inspections, LLC. He is also the owner of HMO Handyman, HMO Pest Control, and HMO Moving. Kerry takes a well-grounded, practical approach to the home inspection process, meticulously investigating every visually and readily accessible home component in order to give his clients a solid idea of a property’s overall condition. Kerry is a lifelong learner in the industry, always expressing a keen interest in the ways that home construction evolves so that he can continue to provide a top-quality product that his clients can trust.
Second-Generation Builder, Dedicated Home Inspector
Before he began inspecting homes in 2005, Kerry followed in his family’s footsteps working as a licensed General Contractor. Years of intensive, wide-ranging construction experience have allowed Kerry to understand homes on a deeper level than most, and he is especially proficient at picking out fine details that many in the industry often overlook. Kerry’s investigative abilities are highly renowned in Charlotte and the surrounding real estate communities, but he’s careful to never be a deal-killer for his clients—Kerry simply wants to provide all of the knowledge necessary for making a protected real estate investment.
